Author Guidelines

Note:

AI tools like ChatGPT can be used to support the writing of a research paper, but the paper should not be entirely written by AI. Any AI assistance used must be properly acknowledged in the paper.
Use headings as needed in the manuscript.
Do not use too many sub-headings.
The manuscript must be written in proper paragraph form and should not be presented in bullet points or note-style format.

शोध पत्र को लिखने में AI (ChatGPT) की मदद ली जा सकती है, किंतु शोध पत्र पूरी तरह से AI से लिखा हुआ नहीं होना चाहिए।
शोध पत्र में आवश्यकतानुसार Headlines का प्रयोग करें।
बहुत अधिक Sub-Headings का प्रयोग न करें।
कृपया शोध पत्र को नोट्स की तरह बिंदुओं (bullets) में ना लिखें।
शोध-पत्र वेबसाइट पर सबमिट करना होगा तथा प्रकाशन शुल्क (APC) शोध-पत्र स्वीकार होने के बाद ही जमा करना होगा।

1. Font Size and Style:

Article Title: The title of the article should be in font size 16.
Heading: All headings and sub-headings should be formatted in bold, with a font size of 12, and in title case. Capitalize the first letter of each major word in headings.
Main Text: The font size for the entire paper, excluding the title, is 12.
Font Type: Use Times New Roman for the entire manuscript.
Page Size: Keep the page size as A4.
Margins: Set page margins to 1 inch on all sides.
Column Layout: The entire manuscript should be formatted in a single-column layout.

2. Paper format:

(The manuscript must strictly follow the standard format of either a Research Paper or a Review Paper; otherwise, it will be rejected.)

Title of the Paper:
Author Details: Author(s) Name(s), Affiliation(s)
Abstract: The abstract should be between 200 and 250 words and must clearly summarise the main points of the research paper.
Keywords: Provide 5-7 keywords that best represent the main themes of your paper. The keywords should be listed in lowercase and should appear immediately after the abstract.
Introduction: Introduce the research topic, its significance, and the problem or question being addressed. Provide background context, state the objectives, and outline the paper’s structure. Keep it engaging and relevant, typically 1-2 pages.
Main Body: Organize into logical sections with clear headings (e.g., Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion).
Conclusion: Summarize key findings, restate the significance of the research, and suggest implications or future research directions.
References: List all sources cited in the paper, formatted according to the required style (e.g., APA, MLA). Ensure accuracy and consistency. Example (APA):
Author, A. A. (Year). Title of the article. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), page range. DOI or URL

संदर्भ: (हिन्दी माध्यम के शोध पत्र के लिए)

शोध-पत्र में प्रयुक्त सभी स्रोतों का क्रमबद्ध विवरण देना आवश्यक है।
यह अपेक्षित है कि हिन्दी माध्यम के शोध पत्रों में अधिकांश (50% से अधिक) संदर्भ हिन्दी भाषा में प्रकाशित स्रोतों से लिए गए हों। केवल अंग्रेज़ी संदर्भों पर आधारित शोध-पत्रों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
संदर्भ सूची में ब्लॉग या सामान्य वेबसाइटों या किसी भी वेबसाईट के सिर्फ URL का प्रयोग न करें। केवल विश्वसनीय पुस्तकों, शोध-पत्रों और अकादमिक स्रोतों का ही उपयोग करें।

संदर्भों को निम्नलिखित प्रारूप के अनुसार लिखा जाए:

पुस्तक का प्रारूप: शर्मा, रामविलास. (2001). हिन्दी साहित्य का इतिहास. दिल्ली: राजकमल प्रकाशन।
शोध-लेख का प्रारूप: वर्मा, नरेन्द्र. (2022). आधुनिक हिन्दी कविता में सामाजिक चेतना. हिन्दी साहित्य शोध पत्रिका, 15(2), 45–52।

4. Word Count and Page Limit:

The manuscript should normally contain 2,500–4,000 words and should not exceed 12 pages. Manuscripts exceeding 4,000 words may be considered for publication with applicable additional charges, up to a maximum of 5,000 words. Manuscripts exceeding 5,000 words will not be considered for publication. (Check Payment Page)

5. Font for Hindi Authors:

Hindi authors are requested to submit their research papers only in Unicode (Mangal).

6. Plagiarism Check:

All submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with a high similarity percentage (above 15%) may be rejected.

7. Submission Process:

Ensure that your manuscript is formatted according to the guidelines above before submission.
Follow the specific submission instructions provided for the journal.

8. Additional Instructions (if any):

Ensure that all tables, figures, and charts are numbered and titled appropriately.
All references should follow the specified citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE).
The paper should be proofread for grammatical and typographical errors before submission.
